  • How can my child enter the swimming complex ?
    Once you log in to ActiveSG+ with your SingPass, you can purchase and assign multi-entry passes. Parents can buy passes on MyActiveSG+ using ActiveSG credits, PayNow, or credit/debit cards. Parents can now link their child, who is under 15 years old, to their account through SingPass on MyActiveSG+. They can book programs using their child’s credits, although these credits cannot be used for facility bookings. Find out how to link your child’s account to your ActiveSG+
  • What Do I Need to Prepare for My Child’s Swimming Class?
    1. Equipment • Kickboard and back float: These will be provided during class, but for hygiene reasons, it is recommended to bring your own. 2. Swimwear • Goggles and swimsuit: Please prepare suitable goggles and a swimsuit for your child. • Swim cap: Each student will receive one swim cap for free. If it is lost or requires replacement, an additional cap can be purchased for S$6.
  • At what age should my child start learning to swim?
    a. Our classes are designed for children aged 4 and above! b. We offer personalized lessons tailored to each student’s age group and skill level.
  • Do I need to accompany my child in the water?
    We do require parents to accompany their child for baby classes. (below 3 years old)
  • Do you offer trial lessons?
    Yes, we offer a free trial class! We understand that parents want to ensure their child feels comfortable with our instructors before making a long-term commitment. Each student is entitled to one free trial class without the need to purchase a package.
  • How many times a week should my child swim?
    Group classes are scheduled for a fixed 45 minutes each week to ensure consistency and continuity.
  • At what age will my child be able to swim on their own?
    All children progress differently and begin to swim at varying ages, and so it is impossible to provide a definitive age in which a child will be able to swim on their own.
